Opera in the Ozarks

Opera in the Ozarks 69th season, “Changes of the Heart” begins June 21st, 2019.

• LA BOHÈME  Puccini’s tragic and emotional tale of two pairs of lovers, living the artists and Bohemian life in Paris. Performed in Italian with English supertitles.
• Mozart’s THE ABDUCTION FROM THE SERAGLIO is a comedy that strongly testifies to the power of love’s devotion.  Sung in German with English dialogue and supertitles.
• Mark Adamo’s LITTLE WOMEN is a moving and powerful telling of Louisa May Alcott’s story centering on the love of the four March sisters:  Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy.  A contemporary American classic, sung in English.
• Our ever-popular children’s opera, title TBA, free performances offered throughout the region.
