July 4th
4th of July Parade & Festivities

The 4th kicks off on Thursday morning with an old-fashioned 4th of July parade. Festivities start at 9:00 with the crowning of the Ms. Apple Pie and Mr. Firecracker at the parade line-up location by Carnegie Library.  The Parade starts at 10 a.m. and includes a best-dressed dog contest. Everyone is invited to join in the parade. Following the parade is a watermelon seed spitting contest in the parking lot between the Auditorium and the courthouse.  Facebook Page.

City Fireworks Display

 

Eureka Springs Parks and City Advertising and Promotion will be hosting a fireworks display at dusk (approx 9:15pm) July 6th. The fireworks will be visible throughout town, grab your lawn chair and enjoy.

Fat Tire Festival

Lake Leatherwood City Park

The 21st annual Fat Tire Festival!  Attracting riders, spectators, and party-goers from surrounding states. This 3 day weekend is packed with downhill, super-d, short track, and cross country racing. Glued together with group rides, social gatherings, and good vibes.   Web Site

Alt at the Aud

Our Second Saturday Gallery Strolls give everyone a wonderful, relaxing evening in downtown Eureka Springs.  Participating galleries have wine and light snacks as you wander through their artist’s wares.  Sometimes you will even get to meet the artists in person! July 19th-21stEureka Springs Multisport Festival “The Eurekan”

A three-day multisport festival consisting of a sprint-distance triathlon on Friday afternoon, Gran Fondos (road bike rides) on Saturday and running races on Sunday.  Participants can enter individual events or take one of two “Eurekan” challenges.  Web site

Basin Park Music Series

FREE Live Music in Basin Spring Park from 5-7PM with Arlo McKinley and The Lonesome Sound. Crossing genres of folk/rock/indie and soul music, the mission of writing truthful and honest songs always remains the same.
